Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to notify you that on June 15, 2022, the Company, as a part of SBC Consortium, which consists of Sky high Company Limited, Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited and Cloud Creation Company Limited, entered into a joint venture agreement with Thailand Post Company Limited, to co-develop digital services and operate the Total Document Handling ("TDH") services, including sending and receiving important documents via Digital Mailbox, invoicing and making payments via e-Payment system, certifying and signing digital signatures, certifying date and time of documents (e-Timestamp), which meet global standard and are legally binding. The project is expected to start its operation within quarter 3 of 2022.
