Pursuant to the Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of closure of the trading window from December 25, 2025 to January 17, 2026 and that the trading window shall open on January 18, 2026 i.e., 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
