Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation, 2015, the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the trading window from March 25, 2026 till May 02, 2026 and that the Trading Window shall open on May 03, 2026 i.e., 48 (forty eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
