With reference to our earlier intimation dated 26th September, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Beezaasan Explotech Limited has considered the agenda relating to the proposed acquisition of Equity Shares of Asawara Earthtech Limited ('AEL'), an Associate Company.After due consideration and deliberation, the Management has been advised to obtain an appropriate Valuation Report from a Registered Valuer in respect of the proposed acquisition, for the purpose of determining/assessing the appropriate valuation of the Equity Shares and to facilitate further consideration of the proposed transaction in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
