Subject: Expiration of Concession Agreement
Between Bangkok Entertainment Co., Ltd. and MCOT Plc. for the operation of Thai TV Channel 3 Analog

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
As the Concession Agreement in the operation of Thai TV Channel 3 MCOT Analog between Bangkok Entertainment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BEC World Plc., and MCOT Plc. expired at midnight of March 25th, 2020, Bangkok Entertainment Co., Ltd. needed to stop broadcasting Channel 3 MCOT Analog pursuant to the expiration of the agreement.
BEC World Plc. would like to inform that BEC Multimedia Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BEC World Plc., will continue to operate and to broadcast Channel 3 programs, both news and entertainment, on TV Digital Channel 33, under the license from Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
