with reference to our earlier intimation regarding the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company, we hereby inform you that the company has withdrawn the Book closure for the purpose of payment of dividend.Accordingly the company has fixed 23rd September 2026, as the record date for the purpose of dividend.
