CALGARY, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - Bankers Petroleum Ltd. (TSX: BNK, AIM: BNK) today announced that it has granted a total of 4,900,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company as of January 15, 2007. Of this amount, 3,200,000 options were granted to insiders. The options are set at an exercise price of CDN$0.64 per common share for a period of five years, expiring on January 14, 2012, with all of the options subject to vesting periods.
As of January 15, 2007, the Company has 412,066,634 issued and outstanding common shares.
