Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero)'s 2026 guidance might be revised positively, CGS International analysts say, citing management's comments at an analyst briefing. The Indonesian bank mentioned the possible introduction of a new higher-yield loan product that could offer scope for upside in the bank's loan growth, the analysts say in a research report. Also, the bank highlighted a potentially better outlook for fee-based income, which could support overall profitability. The brokerage lifts its 2026 and 2027 forecasts for the bank's net profit after tax by 6.9% each. It raises the stock's target price to 1,500 rupiah from 1,400 rupiah, with an unchanged add rating. Shares are 0.4% lower at 1,340 rupiah. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
