The Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw hereby informs that, on 6 December 2016, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressed consent to the appointment of Mr Stanisław Mateusz Kluza as the President of the Management Board Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
Mr Stanisław Kluza served as Vice-President of the Bank Management Board from 23 March 2016 based on the resolution of the Supervisory Board on 17 March 2016, of which the Bank informed in current report no 19/2016.
