In reference to its current reports Nos. 24/2016 of 30 March 2016, 32/2016 of 24 May 2016 and 48/2016 of 26 July 2016 regarding the "Bank Ochrony Środowiska
S.A. Rehabilitation Program" ("the Program"), in part fulfilment of provisions set out in
§ 78 subpara. 1 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state, the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with seat in Warsaw ("the Bank") announces that on 26 September 2016 it was notified that Financial Supervisory Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego - "KNF"), in a letter dated 23 September 2016, asks the Bank to supplement and verify, including the matters mentioned in the letter, and to submit the Program to the KNF at its earliest possible opportunity, i.e. not later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the letter.
