Banca Transilvania, together with UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, ING Bank, and EximBank, is supporting the growth of the Romanian company MOOV through a syndicated loan of 187 million euros. The financing supports the company's growth plans and the expansion of access to modern mobility solutions in Romania.
The new facility refinances a syndicated loan of 110 million euros and increases MOOV's financing capacity by more than 70%. Some of the loan's terms are linked to the company's sustainability goals, reflecting its commitment to sustainable, long-term development.
Banca Transilvania was among the banks that coordinated the granting and structuring of the financing, while also serving as the coordinator of the relationship between the banks and the company following the granting of the loan. Legal counsel was provided by Filip & Company for the banking consortium and by Stoica, Popa & Asociații for MOOV.
Through this financing, we are supporting the development of a major player in the field of operational leasing and mobility solutions-a company that combines sustainable growth with operational performance. We believe in business models that generate long-term value, help reduce environmental impact, and support the transition to a greener economy. This transaction reaffirms Banca Transilvania's commitment to supporting innovative companies that integrate sustainability principles into their development strategy and contribute to building a more responsible future.
