(the " Bank "), held today under the chairpersonship of Nicola Maione, taking into account the inclusion of Luigi Lovaglio, as a candidate for Chief Executive Officer, in the list standing for the election of the majority of the Directors submitted by PLT Holding S.r.l. and PLT S.p.A., following the necessary assessments also with the support of reputable external advisors, decided to revoke the powers granted to him as Chief Executive Officer, assuming all his powers, and also resolved, with immediate effect, his suspension from his duties as General Manager.
