(the " Bank ") held its first meeting. The Board of Directors resolved, inter alia : to elect: as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Cesare Bisoni; as Deputy Chairpersons of the Board of Directors, Carlo Corradini and Flavia Mazzarella, the latter as Acting Deputy Chairperson; to appoint Luigi Lovaglio, as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Bank, granting him the relevant powers, in continuity with the governance framework of the previous Board of Directors; to establish the Appointment Committee , appointing the following Directors as members thereof: Patrizia Albano (Chairperson), Massimo Di Carlo, Paola Leoni Borali and Flavia Mazzarella.
