This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/ Connected persons and their immediate relatives, with effect from 01st October, 2025 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025. The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
