Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received an advance payment towards an export order booked in 2022, valued at approximately INR 100 Crores for Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Supervision of installation and commissioning of Cotton Ginning Machines and Equipment. The said order was earlier disclosed under the " Pending Order Position" in the Company`s Investor Presentation. The current intimation is being made to inform the receipt of advance payment against the said order.
