The Monte-Carlo Beach unveils its new season

Monaco, April 7, 2026. A true institution on the French Riviera for nearly a century, the Monte-Carlo Beach reopens its doors on April 13. Building on a new chapter initiated in 2024 with the arrival of René Blino as General Manager, the property has undergone a significant transformation. In 2025, the iconic Beach Club was reimagined with a fresh aesthetic by Dorothée Delaye, alongside the enhancement of Le Deck. The destination was further elevated with the arrival of Maona Monte-Carlo - bringing the spirit of Mykonos to the Riviera - a collaboration with Jacquemus, the introduction of new padel courts, and a Michelin star awarded to Elsa. This season, Monte-Carlo Beach continues to build on this momentum with the launch of La Vigie Monte-Carlo in collaboration with Zanoni, the introduction of the "cool room" with Lamborghini Monaco, and the return of its most beloved experiences. The unique "Club Spirit" of the Beach can be enjoyed in full until October 11.

Starting April 13, the Monte-Carlo Beach officially reopens its intimate 41-room hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean, and its iconic club for a new season.

The Club Spirit: An icon, on the Sea

Before becoming a hotel in 1929, the Monte-Carlo Beach began life as a country club, one that would go on to define the Mediterranean art de vivre. Here, the spirit of play remains at the heart of the experience. From padel tournaments to the annual swimming competition, bringing together generations of Monégasque and international guests. Younger guests are equally immersed through the Monte-Carlo Kids Club by Petit VIP, with activities spanning both land and sea. Days unfold around moments that feel both spontaneous and timeless: long, sun-drenched lunches, lively gatherings with friends, and intimate dinners by the water. This is the essence of the "Club Spirit" a refined yet carefree way of life, where each moment captures the feeling of an endless Riviera summer. This season, the experience is further enhanced with new additions, including the "cool room" by Lamborghini Monaco near the padel courts, a refreshed aesthetic for the Jacquemus pop-up, and the opening of a new restaurant at Pointe de La Vigie.

The Flavors of Italian Gastronomy at La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo

The standout opening of the 2026 season is undoubtedly La Vigie Monte-Carlo, set at the very tip of the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula. Launching on June 12, the new concept sees Italian chef Simone Zanoni bring his vibrant culinary vision to the Riviera. Celebrating generous, sun-drenched Italian cuisine, the menu is rooted in fresh, seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on sharing ; featuring a variety of pastas, flavourful starters, and a selection of expertly prepared meats and fish. Thoughtful details, such as jars of house honey placed on each table, add a thoughtful touch. Set amongst lemon trees and the gentle hum of the sea, the restaurant offers a warm, convivial atmosphere, where long lunches effortlessly transition into lively, music-filled evenings.

An Ode to the Sea at Elsa Marcel Ravin*

Awarded a Michelin star last year, Elsa Marcel Ravin enters a new chapter under its renamed identity, continuing to captivate guests with the Jardin Marin concept by chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico d'Antonio. Each dish is both thoughtful and expressive, rooted in a philosophy of sustainability, seasonality, and respect for nature. Each ingredient is carefully sourced and elevated, from sustainably caught fish to vegetables grown at the Domaine d'Agerbol, alongside meats subtly infused with marine influences. Overlooking the Mediterranean, the restaurant offers a breathtaking setting through an elegant terrace suspended above the sea, the ideal setting for sunlit lunches and intimate, romantic sunset dinners as day turns to dusk.

Summer Indulgence at Le Deck

Chef Pascal Garrigues' fresh and creative take on classic dishes returns to Le Deck, set against the backdrop designed by Dorothée Delaye. Here, at the heart of the Monte-Carlo Beach, overlooking the Olympic pool and its iconic diving board, guests gather for sun-filled lunches showcasing fresh, seasonal ingredients and vibrant summer flavours. Highlights include spaghetti with flambéed lobster in cognac and Spaghetti di Gragnano with sea urchin and bottarga. The seafood bar is not to be missed, offering an excellent selection of fish and shellfish, alongside fresh salads and gourmet desserts such as frozen yoghurt and red berry gazpacho with Rose de Grasse and aloe vera.

Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo: Season Two

Following its success in 2025, Maona Monte-Carlo, From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, returns on May 14, bringing the spirit of Mykonos back to the Riviera with a celebration of Greek cuisine. The menu features classics such as tzatziki, moussaka, lamb souvlaki, loukoumades and baklava, alongside dishes by chef Matia Zanolli. The drinks offering includes signature cocktails such as the Dionysos (rum, pineapple, pistachio orgeat syrup) and the Athena (tzatziki cordial, gin, Italicus). From 4pm, the atmosphere builds throughout the afternoon and into the evening, with DJs playing across the season, including Carlita, Moojo and Demaya. From June, the lounge area will also feature a design by APM Monaco.
