Announcement of the Names of Candidates for Election of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Islamic Bank B.S.C.

Further to the announcement regarding the opening of the nominations period for Board membership of Bahrain Islamic Bank B.S.C on January 19, 2025, Bahrain Islamic Bank B.S.C. ("BisB") would like to announce the list of candidates who have applied to fill four (4) seats on the Board of Directors of the Bank for the term commencing from March 2025 up to March 2028. The candidates are:

3. Mr. Mohamed Abdulrahman Bucheeri
4. Mr. Nasser Mohamed AlHamad
5. Ms. Shaima Tohami Abdulmutaleb

8. Ms. Sara Mohamed AlZeera
9. Ms. Safa Sharif Abdul Khaliq

The election process by the shareholders to elect the (4) members will be carried out during the Ordinary General Meeting which will be convened at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025, at Al Dana Hall (3) - Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention and Spa.
