We wish to inform you that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai has by its approval dated 21st August, 2026, granted to the Company an extension of time by period of one month, up to 29th October, 2026 for holding the 27th Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31st March 2026 under the second proviso to Section 96 (1) of the Companies ACt, 2013.
