To approve the report of the Board of Directors to the members on the Financials for the year ended on 31st March, 2026.2. To consider seeking the approval of the Members of the Company, by way of a Special Resolution under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, authorising the Board of Directors to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the immovable premises of the Company3. To fix, the date, time and venue/mode of the 27th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company and to approve the Notice convening the same, together with matters incidental and consequential thereto.
