AXXZIA Inc. (the "Company") announces that it has completed the acquisition of shares in Huit Laboratories, Inc., making it a wholly owned subsidiary, on April 1, 2022; the Company announced its intention to acquire these shares in its "Notice Regarding Acquisition of Shares in Huit Laboratories, Inc." issued on March 4, 2022.
