AVAX SA (the "Company") announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received on 20.11.2024 from Cyprus-based CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED (company related to Mr Christos Joannou, Chairman of the Board of Directors), that CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED on 19.11.2024 purchased 7,500 shares of the Company and the corresponding voting rights, in a transaction worth €10,050.
