Increase in Olympia Motorway concession participation
AVAX Group (the «Company») announces the increase of its participation in the concessionaire and operator of Olympia Motorway, from 19.1% to 23.01%, exercising its right to acquire an additional stake from Hochtief PPP Solutions GmbH.
The transaction was carried out by 100% subsidiary AVAX Concessions, as part of the Group's strategy to create a clearer operational and business structure, allowing for greater flexibility in implementing investments and highlighting the real value of its concession and PPP portfolio.
