The competition identified fifteen leading and emerging energy management technologies in Canada from submissions by over 700 interested parties.
Avante has been recognized by the Clean 15 Committee for its innovative and non-intrusive approach to residential and small commercial energy management.

Avante smartboxx energy management technologies include: the Home Energy Manager (remote, wireless temperature control), Home Energy Manager Plus (remote wireless temperature control with home automation), and economical one-way or two-way (GMS) demand response solutions. The smartboxx interacts with energy infrastructure such as electricity, gas and water metering, HVAC equipment controls and complete electric load management.
