We would like to inform you that the Paid-up Capital of the company has been enhanced from 427,475,456 to 429,667,346 shares after CDC allotment of 2,191,890 shares to all eligible employees who have exercised their share option under Employee Share Option Scheme as per below details:

Without right offer under Section 83A of the Companies Act, 2017 duly approved by the Commission/Registrar vide letter 09 February 2022.

The closing market price for the aforementioned shares at the date of credit of shares into the respective CDC sub accounts of the entitled employees, i.e. Friday, 22 May 2026 was Rs. 34.01/- per share (Closing Market Price).
