Pursuant to the provisions of Article 227 of the Law 6/2023, of March 17, of the Spanish Securities Market and Investment Services, Audax Renovables, S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the following:
OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATIONIn relation to the inside information registered with the Spanish Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores - CNMV) on 20 November 2025 (registration number 3008), related to the repurchase programme implemented by the Company, pursuant to the authorization granted by the annual shareholders´ meeting held on 19 June 2025, under item thirteenth of the agenda (the "Repurchase Programme"), it is hereby announced that between 1 July 2026 and 3 July 2026 the Company has carried out the following transactions under the Repurchase Programme:

This information is provided pursuant to the provisions of article 2.2 and 2.3 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052, 8 March 2016, supplementing the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on Market Abuse with regards to the regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programmes and stabilisation measures.
In addition to the above, the Company reports that, after the reported transaction, the Company has acquired a 38.82% of the maximum number of shares prescribed in the Repurchase Programme (15,000,000 shares, representing approximately 3.30% of the Company's share capital). The shares have been acquired for a cash amount of EUR 7,737,468.
