DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL INFORMATION REDUCTION INREFINERY'S THROUGHPUT
As required under clause No. 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 read with Notification SRO. No. 143(1)/2012, we wish to inform you that we have been experiencing a decline in crude oi1 receipts for some time. This situation worsened during Eid holidays, leading to low crude stock levels at the refinery. As a result, the refinery's throughput has been reduced. We expect the situation to improve within one week.
The Disclosure Form as prescribed under Notification SRO. No. 143(1)/2012 is enclosed herewith as Annexure - A.
You are requested to disseminate the information to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
