ARL BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board ofDirectors of the Company will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at POL House, Morgah, Rawalpindi to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the nine months period ended March 31, 2026.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 03, 2026 to April 10, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, Executive or Employees' Retirement Benefits Funds established by the Company shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of Attock Refinery Limited, Attock PeColeum Limited and National Reflnery Limited in any manner during the Closed Period.
