RESCHEDULING OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGDear Sir,
In continuation to our earlier announcements dated August 11, 2025 and September 24, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company has been rescheduled and will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12:00 pm. at Attock House, Morgah, Rawalpindi.
Please note that the entitlement will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on October 20, 2025. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from October 21, 2025 to October 27, 2025 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the Registered Office of the Company by the close of business on October 20, 2025, will be considered in time for the payment of the final cash dividend, subject to approval by the shareholders.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate holders of the Exchange accordingly.
