33% increase in laboratory activity. Ramp up laboratory in Madrid with activity levels as planned and strong increase in genetics activity in Spain and Portugal.

The change in the weight of the business areas in the Gross Margin mix explains why the Gross Margin will decrease from 68.1% to 65.5% in 2024.

Isolating the impact of the change in the weight of the business areas in the composition of the Gross Margin, the Gross Margin would have improved by +0.3% in 2024 compared to 2023.

As a result, the gross margin on revenues will increase from 68.1% in 2023 to 65.8% in 2024.
