Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2026, at 11 :00 am at Federation House Clifton, Karachi / video link to consider the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from August 21, 2026, to August 27, 2026, (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
