Subject: Dear Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that the interim cash dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) for the 2nd quarter / half year ended June 30, 2026, has been electronically credited on September 14, 2026, into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who have submitted their valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2017.

However, the Company has withheld the dividend for those shareholders who have not yet provided their IBAN and/or a valid copy of their CNIC. Such shareholders are requested to submit the required information at their earliest convenience to enable the Company to release their withheld dividend.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
