BOARD MEETING RESCHEDULEDThis is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled on May 21, 2026 at 03:00 PM at 2nd Floor, Federation House, Sharae Firdousi, Clifton, Karachi and / or via video / audio link to consider the agenda other than the financial results, has been rescheduled on May 21, 2026 at 12:30PM.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from May 14, 2026 to May 21, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
