APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Atlas Battery Limited ('be Company"), in its meeting held on May 21, 2026 at 12:30 PM, at Karachi, has appointed Mr. Mansoor Jamil Khan as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from May 21, 2026 for aperiod of thmc years.
Mr. Mansoor Jamil Khan previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and is a seasoned engineering and management professional with over two decades of diversified experience within the Atlas Group. He has progressed through a series of leadership positions across Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering & Projects, Research & Development and General Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from NED University of Engineering & Technology and an Executive MBA from Institute of Business Administration. He has also completed several prestigious executive development programs, including the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and Executive Management Programs in Japan under AOTS.
