According to the Board of Directors Meeting of Assetwise Public Company Limited (" the Company") No. 3/2022 held on 11 May 2022 resolved to approve the establishment of 5 new subsidiaries, namely Wise Estate 11 Co.,Ltd. , Wise Estate 12 Co.,Ltd. , Wise Estate 13 Co.,Ltd. , Wise Estate 14 Co.,Ltd. and Wise Estate 15 Co.,Ltd. which the Company holds 99.97%.
In this regard, the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022 held on 6 June 2022 resolved to amend the shareholding structure of Wise Estate 11 Co.,Ltd. , Wise Estate 12 Co.,Ltd. and Wise Estate 13 Co.,Ltd., change from the Company will hold 99.97% to Synergy Estate Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company will hold
99.97% in the aforementioned subsidiaries with the following details:

However, Wise Estate 14 Co.,Ltd. and Wise Estate 15 Co.,Ltd. will have a shareholding structure according to the resolution of the Board of Directors meeting no.3/2022 which the Company disclosed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 11 May 2022.
