accordance with Sections 96 and 1.31 of the Securities Act, 20.1.5 and C latise 5.6.1 (a) of the Rule Book of the Pak istan Stock Exchange Lim ited, we hereby conve) the following infor ination:
NOTICE IS HEltEllY €iIVEN to the TFC Holders of the Itatefl, Siibortl inated and Unsecined Term Finance Cert ificates ill the aggregate aiiiount of PKlt 6,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Six Bi11ion) (the "TFC Issue") of Askari Bank hint ited (the "Issuer '), that the Issuer w is hes to exerc ise the Call Option in fiil1 in respect of the TFC Issue in accordance with C laiise 3.12 of the Trust Deed dated Deceni bei 24, 20.19 executed between the Issuer and Pak Oman I nvestiiient Coin pany Lim ited (as the "T rtistee") (the "Triist Dceil") and Claiise 27 of the Ter ms and Conditions contained in Schedule 2 of the Trust Deed.
For the purposes of the Call Option, please note that the date to exercise the Call Option shall be Septerribei 17, 2025 (the "Option Redemption Date"), on which date the Issuer shall redeem in frill the entire principal outstanding amount of PKR 6,000,000,000/- (Pak Rupees Six Billion) along with the accrued profit thereon as of the said date (subject to deduction of Zakat and Tax at source as per applicable laws).

Transfers received by our Reg istrar M/s. CDC Share Registi ar Services Limited, Mezzanine Floor, South Tower, LSE Plaza, 19-K1iayban-e-Awan-e-Iqbal, Lahore, at the close of the business on September 1, 2025 will be considei eel for the entit Cement under the Call Option.
