APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF A SUBSIDIARY
This announcement is made by Asia Television Holdings Limited (the "Company"), together with its subsidiaries (the "Group"), pursuant to Rule 13.51(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the "Listing Rules") on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").
APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF A SUBSIDIARY
In line with the Group's business development in the media, cultural and entertainment business, it is the Group's strategy to invite professionals to join our Group which would benefit the Group's future development. The Group is pleased to take this opportunity to welcome Mr. Li Qing ("Mr. Li") on board. Mr. Li will oversee all content related functions of Asia Television Digital Media Limited ("ATVDM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, including content production, content acquisition and programming, as well as production resources. Mr. Li has been appointed as the chief executive officer of ATVDM (the "CEO of ATVDM"), with effect from 1 April 2021.
The biographical details of Mr. Ho are as follows:
Mr. Li Qing
Mr. Li Qing, aged 51, has more than 30 years of experience in journalism. In 1991, he obtained a bachelor's degree in journalism from Nanchang University, China and a postgraduate degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2008. As advised by Mr. Li, he had served as the deputy director of the Shangrao News Center of Xinhua News Agency, as the director of special reports of the Jiangxi Branch of People's Daily served, as the reporter station leader of Legal Daily served in Jiangxi, as executive deputy director of Legal Weekly, as deputy

editor-in-chief of Legal Daily's website, as assistant to chairman and head of external liaison department of China Institute of Strategy & Management. as the chief executive officer of Hong Kong Satellite TV International Media Group and the vice-chairman and secretary general of The Association of Chinese Culture of Hong Kong.
