Pursuant to SEBI(PIT)Regulation 2015, amended time to time and the company code of conduct for PIT, the trading window for dealing in the company securities shall remain closed w.e.f. Tuesday 1st July 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of Un- Audited Finacial Results of the company for the Quarter ending on 30th June 2025, for all the Directors, KMP, and other designated employee etc. covered under the code.
