Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, amended from time to time, and the company''s code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing with the company''s securities shall remain closed w.e.f. from Thursday, 01st January, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025, for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives.
