Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our earlier intimations dated 12.02.2025 and 19.06.2025, this is to inform you that Ashika Credit Capital Limited ("the Company") has received in-principal approval from SEBI vide their letter dated 30.12.2025 for sponsoring a Mutual Fund.Accordingly, the Company would be setting up an Asset Management and Trustee Company, in accordance with the applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.
