With reference to our intimation dated 07.11.2025, related to proposed incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WoS), in this regard, please be informed that as per the approval of Registrar of Companies, a WoS named "Ashika Global Wealth Services Private Limited" has been incorporated on 09.12.2025 to carry out Wealth Management and Advisory business, subject to approval of Regulatory Authorities.
