The company under the name "AS COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF COMPUTERS AND TOYS S.A." with the distinctive title "AS Company SA" with General Commercial Registry No. 057546304000, following its announcements of 26.02.2024 and 30.07.2024 and according to articles 4.1.1.2 and 4.1.1.10 of ATHEX Exchange Rulebook, informs the investing public that the Financial Calendar 2024 is completed as follows:
- Date of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders - Monday, 16 December 2024
The Board of Directors will propose to the Extraordinary General Meeting an extraordinary cash distribution.

Cut-offdate of the right to receive the extraordinary cash distribution: Thursday,
December 19, 2024 - Determination of Beneficiaries of the extraordinary cash distribution: Friday, December 20, 2024 (record date)
- Start of Payment of the extraordinary cash distribution: Monday, December 30, 2024. The above-mentioned cut-off dates, the determination of beneficiaries (record date) and the commencement of payment of the extraordinary cash distribution are subject to the relevant approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders. The payment of the extraordinary cash distribution will be made through the paying Piraeus Bank S.A. The details will be given with a later announcement by the Company. The Company reserves the right to change the aforementioned dates. In this case, it will inform the investment community in a timely manner.
