Notification of appointment of a market maker
The Societe Anonyme "AS COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOYS COMPANY SA" and the distinctive title "AS COMPANY S.A." with GEMI No. 057546304000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs the investment public that the Athens Stock Exchange on 17/12/2024 approved the acquisition of the status of Market Maker on the Company's shares by the Member of the ATHEX "PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A" and set the date for the commencement of the market making on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
The Company has concluded, based on the provisions of articles 1.3 and 2.4 of the ATHEX Regulation, a market making agreement with PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A with the following basic terms:
- The market maker shall transmit to the Athens Exchange Trading System market making pairs (i.e. simultaneous buy and sell orders) on its own account on the Company's shares, in accordance with the specific provisions of the applicable legislation. For this service the Company will pay the agreed fee.
- The market making agreement has a duration of one (1) year from the date of commencement of market making on the Company's shares.
