Ardentec Corporation (GTSM:3264) today announced the CPA reviewed consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013. The revenue of the third quarter ended September 30 reached NT$1,362 million, an 13.2% increase from the revenue of NT$1,203 million of the second quarter ended June 30.
The net income of the third quarter ended September 30, 2013 came to NT$273 million, a 40.8% increase from the net income of NT$194 million of the second quarter ended June 30.
The revenue of the first three quarters of fiscal year 2013 reached NT$3,672 million, a 6.7% decrease from the revenue of NT$3,936 million in the same period of fiscal year 2012.
Net income of the first three quarters came to NT$595 million, a 3.6% decrease from the net incomeof NT$617 million in the same period of fiscal year 2012. Based on the
weighted average number of outstanding shares, earnings per share of the first three quarters of fiscal year 2013 came to NT$1.32, from the earnings per share NT$1.37 of the same period of fiscal year 2012.
