Ardentec Corporation (GTSM:3264) today announced the CPA post-audit consolidated financial results for the fiscal year 2013. The revenue of the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2013 reached NT$1,329 million, a 2.4% decrease from the revenue of NT$1,362 million of the third quarter ended September 30.
The net income of the fourth quarter came to NT$247 million, a 9.5% decrease from the net income of NT$273 million of the third quarter.
The revenue of the fiscal year 2013 reached NT$5,001 million, a 3.1% decrease from the revenue of NT$5,159 million of the fiscal year 2012.
Net income of the fiscal year 2013 came to NT$842 million compared to NT$811 million in the fiscal year 2012 with an increase of 3.8%. Based on the weighted average number of outstanding shares, earnings per share of the fiscal year 2013 came to NT$1.87.
