Notices of board meeting (bm) - notice

This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Board of Directors of Aradel Holdings Plc (the "Company") will be meeting to consider its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending December 31st, 2025 (the "Q4 2025 UFS"), on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026.

In compliance with the provisions of the Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rules), as amended, the Company's Closed Period will commence on Thursday January 1st, 2026, and will continue until the expiration of twenty-four (24) hours after the filing and release of the Q4 2025 UFS and the 2025 Audited Financial Statements ("2025 AFS") via the Issuers' portal of the NGX.

Accordingly, no Insider of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the shares of the Company (directly or indirectly or in any manner) during the Closed Period.
