The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA has on March 26, 2026 , approved the annual accounts for 2025. Profit before tax was NOK 1,653 million . Tax expense was NOK 365 million and annual profit was NOK 1,289 million . The Board of Directors will, as previously communicated propose to the General Meeting a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share for the first half-year.
