30 June 2026 Altitude Group plc ("Altitude" or the "Company") Appointment of Non-Executive Director Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), a technology and services provider specialising in end-to-end solutions for the branded merchandise and promotional products industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Roberts as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 30th June 2026. Max recently served as Chief Operating Officer of IFS, the global enterprise software company, where he lead multiple business units including, Industry, Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management. He joined IFS in January 2024 from Stripe, the payments and financial infrastructure platform, where he was Chief Executive of the UK business and subsequently led the EMEA region through a period of significant growth. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at Salesforce and Oracle. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of UK Finance, the trade body for the UK banking and finance industry. Max's appointment strengthens the Board in the areas most relevant to the Group's next phase of growth, bringing experience in payments, enterprise software and creating value from data at scale. He joins a Board that has been progressively strengthened over the past year, including the appointment of Alexander Brennan as Non-Executive Chairman and Robert Wigley as independent Non-Executive Director.
