For release Monday 1 August 2022 NWF Group plc NWF Group plc: Appointment of Non-Executive Director NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Group'), the specialist distributor of fuel, feed and food across the UK, announces the appointment of Dawn Moore (nee Dawn Blake), as Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2022. In addition, Dawn will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee following the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Group on 29 September 2022. Dawn Moore, FCIPD, aged 49, has over 27 years of HR experience and is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee chair, having held roles in the public, private and third sectors since 2014. Dawn is currently Group Director of People and Communications for J Murphy & Sons Ltd, overseeing the People strategy and activities for all of Murphy operations across the UK, Ireland and Canada. Commenting on the appointment, Chair, Philip Acton said "I am pleased to welcome Dawn to the Board of NWF.
