The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. October 13, 2025, inter alia considered and recommended for issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 24:1 to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on record date, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company by Capitalization of Capital Redemption Reserve and/or Security Premium Account and/or General Reserves.
