AIL/2025-26/428 dated September 26, 2025, whereas we informed you that trading window for dealing in securities of the company for directors, promoters, key material personnel, designated persons and connected person of the company as defined under code has already been closed w.e.f October 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
